We are proud to be the first U.K. distributor of the latest Eaglenos point of care (POC) portable blood glucose and lactate measurement device. It is quick, easy and importantly for athletes, affordable. 
 
The Eaglenos monitor employs the latest in SOC smart chip technology and uses gold electrode signalling to rapidly provide both blood glucose (5 seconds) and lactate (10 seconds) from a small sample of blood (0.8 microlitres). This is supported by the latest temperature compensation algorithms, ensuring this unit will operate within most conditions experienced by athletes (10 to 40°C). To ensure practicality, this unit is powered by two AAA batteries to ensure replacement/device upkeep is as easy as possible. 
 
*Orders can be placed for the 'meter only', or as a package 'meter + starter kit' which includes the meter itself, along with 50 lactate and 50 glucose strips, plus 100 pre-injection cleaning swabs and 100 non-woven gauze swabs.
